π Warren Abrahams – An inspiring coach: Former Wales Women’s head coach Warren Abrahams tragically left us at 43. His impact on the game was felt across continents, from Harlequins to the Belgium national team.
π Gemma Williams – A shining light: At just 39, Gemma’s battle with cancer ended, but her legacy as a Wales Deaf international player and a vibrant soul endures. Her wife Louise and children are in our thoughts.
π Meirion Roberts – A Cardiff stalwart: Making 225 appearances for Cardiff, Meirion was a force in the 60s and continued to support rugby through Cardiff Medicals RFC.
π Roy ‘Shunto’ Thomas – Llanelli’s beloved icon: Known for his larger-than-life personality and part of the legendary side that defeated the All Blacks, Roy’s impact at Llanelli RFC is fondly remembered.
