**Ely Riots Trial: Day Eight in Court! 🚨**
Day eight of the trial for eight individuals accused of participating in the Ely riots is underway. The Cardiff suburb erupted into chaos on 22 May 2023, following the tragic deaths of Kyrees Sullivan, 16, and Harvey Evans, 15. The two young lads lost their lives in a crash while riding an electric bike.
The spotlight in the courtroom is on the defendants: Lee Robinson (38), Luke Williams (31), Jaydan Baston (21), Michaela Gonzales (37), McKenzie Danks (22), Jordan Bratcher (27), Zayne Farrugia (25), and Connor O’Sullivan (26). All have pleaded not guilty to the charges of rioting.
