Bethan feels let down, saying she was “penalised for being pregnant” and that such situations shouldn’t arise. After a formal complaint, TUI offered her £30 to resolve the matter.
The ordeal has left Bethan vowing never to book with TUI again, urging others to double-check and challenge travel companies. She says it’s crucial for policies to be reviewed so expectant mothers don’t find themselves in similar stress.
