Charity The Share Foundation is on a mission to change this and help young people access their rightful funds. Gavin Oldham from The Share Foundation stresses the urgency: “Child poverty is a huge issue today. This money is theirs, and unlocking it could transform lives, especially as winter approaches.”
To date, The Share Foundation has helped over 105,000 young adults recover over £237 million. They’re calling for government action, supported by former ministers and parliamentarians, for automatic release of these matured funds.
