After hanging up his boots last year due to a back injury, the former Wales captain has dived into this passion project and couldn’t be prouder. Made exclusively with PGI Welsh beef and minimal natural ingredients, the biltong promises 16 grams of protein per bag with absolutely no additives. It’s truly a celebration of Wales, combining world-class beef and incredible local food talent. 🌟
Ken’s venture began over a friendly chat with his neighbour, Ruth, both keen on showcasing the quality of Welsh beef through something extraordinary. Now, this simple and proudly Welsh product is stepping into the spotlight with a major rollout in Tesco stores.
In addition to this new business venture, Ken has been keeping busy. He’s working as a rugby pundit and even joined the board of the Cardiff Dragons netball team. Though he retired from rugby, his enthusiasm for new beginnings is evident.
