Jac recently shared an Instagram update featuring himself in a sling alongside a newly installed Hyper Heal oxygen chamber in his home. This cutting-edge device is designed to speed up recovery by increasing oxygen levels in the body, a strategy increasingly popular among elite athletes.

“Massive thanks to Hyper Heal for the quick setup,” Jac expressed. “Everything I’m doing post-surgery is about maximising my chances to return to the pitch ASAP. Having this chamber at home is a huge boost.”

The chamber setup was made possible with the help of Jac’s teammate Owen Watkin, who has also been on a long road to recovery due to a knee injury. After eight months of using similar technology during his rehab, Owen launched Hyper Heal to assist other athletes and the public.

While the operation on Jac’s shoulder was deemed unavoidable, and a significant loss for the team, the flanker is committed to his rehabilitation. His dedication illustrates his leadership both on and off the field. Although it remains uncertain whether Jac will be fit for the opening Six Nations match, his efforts to install specialist equipment at home demonstrate his determination.

Assistant coach Matt Sherratt has assured fans that Jac’s long-term health is the priority and the team will not rush his recovery. However, it’s clear that Jac is pulling out all the stops to make a swift comeback and support his team once again.

Let’s cheer Jac on as he tackles this recovery head-on! 💪🔴🏉 #WalesRugby #JacMorgan #SixNations #RecoveryJourney
