πβ¨ Excitement in Rhondda! Two air ambulances made a dramatic landing on a cricket pitch in Greenwood Park on Monday evening. They were there to provide critical care during a medical emergency at a nearby address in Ferndale, Rhondda Cynon Taf.

These helicopters, supported by paramedics and doctors, were ready for action after being deployed. Emergency services rushed to the scene, delivering advanced medical aid to the individual in need. Once stabilised, the patient was taken to the hospital by road for further treatment.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson shared, “At around 5:07 pm, following reports of a medical urgent situation, we dispatched comprehensive support including two Cymru High Acuity Response Unit paramedics, an advanced paramedic practitioner, an emergency ambulance, and a BASICS doctor.”

Weβre sending our thoughts for a speedy recovery to the individual involved, and huge thanks to all the emergency crews for their incredible work! π
