Located at the Springvale industrial estate, this not-for-profit gym had to move from its old spot due to a planning hiccup. Without initial permission, they set up shop in a new warehouse, and now they’ve cleared the final hurdle. The council planners gave them the green light despite some policy snags, recognising the gym’s role in the community and industrial demand shifts.
Justin Jones from the planning department stated, “The change won’t undermine our industrial land goals.” 🤝 Plus, there’s still room for other businesses in the large unit, making this a win-win!
With passionate members and supportive locals rallying behind them, Sugar Rogue has big plans! 🚀 They’ll be expanding their fitness programmes, upgrading facilities, and keeping their mission alive: creating a dynamic training space for everyone from beginners to pros. 💪
