A teenager has been hospitalised after a shocking hit-and-run incident in Tonypandy. A 13-year-old boy was riding his scooter with his friend when a white car approached them on Hill Street, Pen-Y-Graig. As the boy tried to avoid the vehicle, he was hit and left injured.
The driver briefly stopped but then shockingly drove off without offering any help! Thankfully, a Good Samaritan quickly called for police and an ambulance. The young lad was rushed to hospital, and we’re relieved to hear his injuries aren’t life-threatening.
