🏉 Rugby Round-Up: Wednesday Highlights 🏉

Welsh rugby fans, get ready for some good news! Rhys Carre, our powerhouse prop, is back with a bang! After being dropped before the 2023 World Cup for not meeting fitness goals, Carre’s return is nothing short of impressive. Since joining Saracens, he’s upped his game and is now proving to be a formidable force in training with Wales under Steve Tandy’s leadership. Could we see him shine against Argentina this Sunday? Fingers crossed!
Switching gears to England’s camp, there’s been a spill on Saturday’s line-up against Fiji. Chandler Cunningham-South is rumoured to be stepping up for his first Test start at number eight. Ben Earl might find himself on the bench or taking a break. And in an interesting twist, Marcus Smith is set to dazzle us from the full-back position, replacing Freddie Steward. England’s camp seems all about versatility and getting the best on the field!

In other exciting news, Louis Rees-Zammit is on the mend and could make his much-anticipated return against Argentina after a sideline stint with an injury. The dynamic winger has been in full swing during training, and we can’t wait to see him back in action!
On a heartfelt note, former England captain Lewis Moody, who was recently diagnosed with motor neurone disease, expresses his gratitude for the incredible support from the rugby and MND communities. His courage and positivity inspire us, proving once more that the rugby family truly rallies around its own.
