❄️ Get your winter coats ready, UK! Snow might be on the horizon next week! ❄️

After a record-breaking warm Bonfire Night, the weather is set for a frosty twist. By Friday, 14 November, we could see the first snowflakes falling around Inverness in northern Scotland. ❄️🌨️
BBC Weather’s Ben Rich hints at a chillier end to the week, while senior meteorologist Jim Dale from the British Weather Service predicts snow could blanket northern areas for up to four days! He says, “It’s early days, but snow is likely incoming by this time next week for the north.” 🏔️

Keep your thermals handy as cold winds might sweep across the UK by mid-November. Though it may start mild, temperatures are forecasted to drop, with the north in line for the first taste of winter. 🌬️
Curious about the Met Office’s outlook? Their long-range forecast suggests “largely unsettled” weather with rain gracing the western and southern parts of the UK. But don’t worry, dry spells might make an appearance, especially in the east and possibly the north.

As the month progresses, we could transition to cooler, drier weather with chances of frost in the clear nights. Wrap up warm, the UK winter might just make its grand entrance! ☃️
