Get your brollies ready as a deluge is set to hit Wales. The Met Office has issued an 11-hour yellow weather warning for rain today. Starting from 8am until 7pm, expect the skies to open across 16 regions, including Cardiff, Swansea, and Pembrokeshire. Hold on tight as up to 45mm of rain may fall, particularly over higher ground.
Timing couldn’t be trickier with massive events scheduled! Thousands of rugby fans are gearing up for Wales vs. Argentina at the Principality Stadium this afternoon, and with remembrance services happening across the nation, it’s going to be a wet and wild one.
Earlier this week, parts of Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire were already submerged, causing disruptions at caravan parks and school closures. Let’s hope the conditions ease up soon!
