Frustrated users took to social media to vent. One user, Jess, was particularly vocal on TikTok, questioning why Vinted altered all past listings instead of just implementing the change going forward. She’s now faced with the tedious task of updating her 800 listings to match the new system.
Comments on Jess’s video reveal she’s not alone in her frustration. Many are calling the updates “ridiculous” and “a nightmare.” Some have even put their shops on hold to avoid any size-related confusion.
Vinted says they made these changes to align sizes more accurately with international standards and have notified UK members through their inboxes. However, users are still grappling with the sudden switch and lack of a single-sizing option, hoping the platform will consider reverting to the old system.
