The crash occurred near a farm between Carmarthen and St Clears, and despite valiant efforts by the medical staff, Leon succumbed to his injuries the following day at University Hospital of Wales.

Leon was a beloved member of Ysgol Dyffryn Taf and his passing has left an irreplaceable void.
