In the wee hours of October 29th, a man wearing a balaclava was caught on CCTV smashing through a shop window in Cardiff. His target? Lidl in Llandaff North, where he stole a “large quantity” of meat. The footage shows him in a grey jumper and black bottoms, using reusable plastic recycling bags to haul away his loot.
