Big news for Welsh rugby fans! Our brilliant captain, Jac Morgan, is set for shoulder surgery after an injury during last Sunday’s tough match against Argentina. This means Jac will miss the rest of the autumn games and might even be absent for the start of next year’s Six Nations, with a standard recovery time around 12 weeks.

Jac’s presence on the field has always been electric, and his absence is certainly a blow for both us and his Ospreys team. Not only is he an outstanding player, but his leadership on and off the pitch is unmatched. Jac took to Instagram to express his disappointment: “Gutted to have picked up the injury. Looking forward to supporting the boys and being back soon.”

As we gear up for more rugby action, Ospreys’ own Dewi Lake will step up as captain. He’s proven his leadership in Japan and is ready to rally the team. Coach Steve Tandy is confident this change creates a unique opportunity for the squad to shine, emphasizing how passionate Dewi is about leading Wales.
Let’s rally behind the team and wish Jac a speedy recovery!
