It all started when Child D, one of Foden’s victims, courageously revealed the truth. Hidden away in a cupboard, she shared damning evidence of Foden’s inappropriate messages. Despite the gravity of the situation, initial responses fell short, failing to immediately secure Child D’s safety or protect vital evidence.
The lack of timely action allowed Foden, hiding under a facade of respectability, to continue his devious conduct virtually unchecked.
