🚨 Exciting News for Wales Football Fans! 🚨
Harry Wilson is set to don the captain’s armband for Wales as they take on North Macedonia in a crucial World Cup qualifier! 🏆⚽️
But in a heartfelt twist, Harry admits he’d trade this prestigious moment if it meant having teammates Ethan Ampadu and Ben Davies on the pitch. Ampadu’s suspension and Davies’ injury have kept them out of this pivotal match at Cardiff City Stadium.
With Wales sitting third in Group J, level on points with North Macedonia, it’s all to play for! A victory could mean a home draw in the March play-offs, although topping the group would need a bit of help from Liechtenstein against Belgium. 🤞
Harry shares, “I’ve always dreamed of leading the team and it’s a massive honour. But we all know how crucial Ethan and Ben are to our game plan!”
Coach Craig Bellamy chimed in, reminding everyone that the greatest honour is donning the Welsh shirt. He praises Harry’s impact and leadership, noting how vital the Fulham star has been in the post-Gareth Bale era. 🌟
Let’s rally behind our lads and send them all our support for tomorrow night! 🗣️🔴
