During the Education Workforce Council hearing, a former employee, known as ‘colleague B’, shared her distressing experience from over a decade ago. She described how Mr. Richards had been flirty earlier in the day and later requested her presence in his office to collect a form, only for her to encounter the shocking scene.
Feeling “worthless” and struggling to be believed by others, this pivotal moment impacted her profoundly. Another former staff member, ‘colleague C’, recounted unsettling moments with Mr. Richards in 2013, including inappropriate comments about breasts and being shown a suggestive image on his phone.
