Feeling the winter blues? You’re not the only one! Joe Marler, the star from Celebrity Traitors, was seen kicking back in Shoreditch, London. Picture this: lounging on a sunbed and constructing sandcastles next to the road, bringing a bit of summer into the city! 🏖️

It seems winter’s shorter days have many of us dreaming of sunnier escapes. A study reveals that a huge 76% of workers are itching for a getaway when sunshine is lacking. With most full-time workers only catching about 1.5 hours of daylight weekly, it’s no wonder a little sunshine can do wonders for the soul.

Joe’s teaming up with loveholidays to shine a light on just how uplifting a mini-break can be during the gloomy months. He says, “When it gets dark, it’s easy to feel down, but remember, the sun is never far away.”
Many feel more upbeat in the summer, thanks to more daylight outside our work hours. Ideally, we’d love at least three hours to soak up the outside light during our free time. But during winter, 37% agree they crave a holiday even more—to lift their spirits or just escape the chill.
A massive 68% of people find that just having holiday plans can boost their mood, with 76% believing a winter break is fantastic for mental wellbeing. Joe sums it up perfectly: “Holidays are a great way to fight the winter blues.”
So, maybe it’s time to think about that winter getaway and catch some rays of happiness! 🌞✈️ #WinterBlues #HolidayGoals #JoeMarler #FindYourSunshine
