🏉 Excitement’s building as Wales gears up to reveal the team facing South Africa this Saturday in Cardiff! Despite the intense prep, this match has sparked controversy—it lands outside World Rugby’s official window, leaving Wales shorthanded as 13 players engaged abroad won’t participate.
Coach Steve Tandy’s got a plan, though! He’s roped in a quartet of talents: Ospreys’ James Ratti and Garyn Phillips, alongside Scarlets’ Ellis Mee and Evan Lloyd, to patch those gaps. As a ray of hope, Aaron Wainwright’s back in action, bringing much-needed strength in the back-row after missing the game against New Zealand.
With passionate fans counting each minute, this impending face-off promises a thrilling finale to the autumn campaign against the reigning world champions, the Springboks.
