🚨 Unbelievable! A scene out of a movie unfolded at a Subway shop in Haverfordwest when 34-year-old Marc Innes, clearly under the influence, caused a major disturbance. Instead of simply ordering a sandwich and going about his day, Innes did something unimaginable—he exposed himself and waved his privates around in front of staff and customers! 😳

When asked to pay for his meal, Innes not only refused but also helped himself to snacks without paying, using abusive language and making threats. The situation escalated as he tried to attack the store manager and hurled racial and homophobic slurs at the officer who arrived to arrest him.

In court, it was revealed that Innes has a history of similar offences, largely attributed to his struggles with alcohol abuse. 😔 While he has expressed a desire to turn his life around by engaging with Alcoholics Anonymous, his recent behaviour left the judge unimpressed. The judge reminded Innes that his actions were both degrading and unnecessary, stating that no one is interested in seeing such antics.
Innes was handed a nine-month community order with a requirement to undergo rehabilitation and alcohol treatment. 📜 Despite the troubling incident, the judge opted not to place Innes on the sex offenders register, reasoning that the public disorder charge didn’t quite meet the threshold for such a label.
In short, it’s a story highlighting that no matter how ‘unique’ one’s behaviour might be, it’s crucial to get the necessary help and act responsibly in public spaces. 😬 Let’s hope Innes takes this wake-up call seriously! 🙏
