Exciting times for Welsh rugby fans as Wales teams up with Scarlets ahead of a colossal showdown! 🚀 The Wales squad is busy training in west Wales as they gear up to take on none other than the world champions, South Africa, in an exhilarating finale to the autumn internationals this Saturday in Cardiff. 🏉
With key players recalled to their clubs due to the match falling outside World Rugby’s international window, both teams are feeling the pinch. Wales, missing 13 from their regular lineup as players head to French and English clubs, are bolstered by fresh call-ups including Ellis Mee, Evan Lloyd, Garyn Phillips, and James Ratti, bringing the squad to 30. But they’re still short-handed.
Enter Scarlets! 🏟️ With Dwayne Peel’s men preparing for their own United Rugby Championship clash against Glasgow Warriors on the same day, they’ve been training alongside Wales, adding depth and sparking dynamic play on the field.
Fans are buzzing with anticipation as former Welsh fly-half Rhys Patchell joins the action. We’re also keeping an eye on new faces like James Ratti and seeing how Scarlets players like Kemsley Mathias slot in against the mighty Springboks.
Let’s rally behind our teams and get ready for a thrilling rugby weekend! Whether you’re cheering from the stadium or your sofa, don’t miss out on this high-stakes encounter as Wales aims to wrap up the season with an unforgettable win. 🙌
