🚨 Swansea City Update: Vitor Matos is calling the shots! 🚨
Swans fans, our new gaffer Vitor Matos has laid down the gauntlet for the team ahead of Saturday’s clash with West Bromwich Albion. After a narrow loss to Derby County, he’s focused on reigniting the squad’s hunger to rise from the relegation zone. 🔥⚽️
Matos is all about passion and intensity. He’s firm on the need for a killer counter-pressing game and wants the team to show flair on the pitch by dominating with and without the ball. His message is straightforward: only those who give 100% with true grit and determination will make their mark on the field. 💪
Training is key, says Matos! Though time has been short, he’s determined to build a squad that fights for every ball and turns any situation into an opportunity. It’s about crafting a mentality that thrives on possession, but not just holding onto the ball – using it to break down the opposition and score. It’s not just about control, it’s about creating magic on the pitch! ⚡️
Swans, let’s gear up for an exciting weekend and make sure to stand by our boys and their new boss in this thrilling chapter. Your support can make all the difference! 🙌 #YJB #SwanseaCity #CounterPress
