🏉 What a win for the Scarlets! Dwayne Peel’s men secured their first victory of the season, thrashing former champions Glasgow 23-0 in a stunning display of dominance in Llanelli. 🚀
Despite missing key backline players due to international duty against South Africa, the Scarlets’ forwards took control, overpowering Glasgow at every turn. Their set-piece magic began with a strong scrum penalty, paving the way for Josh Macleod’s driving lineout try. Fletcher Anderson made a significant impact with his powerful carries, and Sam Costelow kicked in a remarkable 13 points, including a gorgeous cross-kick resulting in a try for Macs Page.
Even a yellow card for Harvey Cuckson couldn’t slow them down as they saw out the match with style and determination. If the forwards keep up this form, they’ve got a solid chance against Bristol Bears next Saturday!
Celebrate this well-earned victory and keep the Scarlets’ spirit high as they continue their journey in the Investec Champions Cup. 🌟
