Struggling with migraines? A surprising remedy might bring you relief! Anne Caserta shared a tip she learned from her grandmother that people are buzzing about. All you need is Vicks VapoRub and a warm, wet cloth. Anne suggests rubbing a small amount on the back of your neck, then placing the cloth over it. She swears by it, noting, “This will reduce stress, take away pain, and help you relax.”

Though there’s no scientific backing for this method yet, many have chimed in with positive experiences. One commenter noted, “Even my doctor recommended something similar. It really works!” Another said, “I always have peppermint oil for my migraines, and this sounds like it could do the trick too.”

If you suffer from migraines, you know how debilitating they can be. The NHS offers some tips: finding solace in a darkened room, staying hydrated, managing stress, and keeping regular sleeping and eating schedules.
Wondering if you should see a GP? You might want to if your migraines worsen or become frequent, or you regularly experience them around your period. Urgent attention is needed if you’ve had a migraine for over 72 hours, if aura symptoms persist, or during pregnancy.
And of course, call 999 if you or your child experiences severe symptoms like sudden, intense headaches, vision problems, drowsiness or confusion, or high fever among others.
