When mum Bianca Green’s McDonald’s delivery went missing, she never expected to find the driver ‘enjoying her meal’ instead! After dropping her kids off at school, the 36-year-old ordered a double sausage and egg McMuffin. Waiting in her car for the Uber Eats delivery, she noticed the tracker oddly changing from two minutes away to five. Deciding to investigate, Bianca tracked the delivery bike’s location—and what she found was bizarre to say the least!

Bianca spotted the driver next to his bike—with her meal! Filming the surreal scene, she confronted the driver, asking why he was helping himself to her food. The driver, citing a hand injury and low energy, claimed he was unable to go on without a bite. Though he offered to replace her meal, Bianca wasn’t having it, suspecting he would’ve devoured it all had she not intervened.

In the video, Bianca can be heard saying, “Why would you pick up my McDonald’s and then eat it?” The driver offered the excuse that McDonald’s was just a couple of kilometres away. Bianca remained firm, explaining, “You’re sitting there with your hands in my food; I don’t want it.”
Uber Eats condemned the driver’s behaviour as “unacceptable” and confirmed they are investigating the incident. Meanwhile, Bianca, from Croydon, was refunded for her £16 order by McDonald’s. Her jaw-dropping video has since gone viral, amassing over 67,000 views with viewers stunned by the driver’s cheeky behaviour. Reactions ranged from outrage at the driver to comments lamenting the risks of food delivery.
Although shocked, Bianca managed to keep her cool throughout the encounter, surprising herself with her composure. She reflected, “I really didn’t think I would catch him red-handed. I thought the delivery would just be delayed.”
The whole episode has sparked conversations online about delivery etiquette, with some commenters asking whether a hungry driver deserves sympathy or if their actions are simply “outrageous.” Would you have stayed as calm if it happened to you? 📦🍔 Who knew a McDonald’s breakfast could become a viral sensation!
