🌧️ Heads up, Wales! 🚨 Our weatherman Derek Brockway has issued a warning: brace yourselves for more rain this weekend which could lead to flooding in parts of the country. After recent downpours, roads in North Wales were already swamped, and it’s not over yet.

Derek warns of possible surface and river flooding in South Wales and Powys, with additional risks along southern and western coasts during high tide. He shared on social media: “Turning milder but wetter and much windier today. More rain and showers over the weekend. Saturday night will be calmer and drier for a bit!”

The Met Office says Saturday will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers or longer spells of rain, but could brighten up occasionally. It’ll be mild, with highs around 12°C, but hold onto your hats—it’s going to be windy. Looking ahead, early rain on Sunday is expected to clear up, giving way to brighter spells. Monday should start dry before a wet and windy night rolls into Tuesday. 🌬️
If you’re in Wales, keep those wellies handy and stay safe! 💧🏞️ For those in flood-prone areas, keep an eye on updates and be prepared.
Let’s hope for some sunnier skies soon! ☀️ Stay tuned and take care, folks!
