🚨 **Traffic Alert in Cardiff!** 🚨
A major collision on the Ely roundabout has led to the closure of a key Cardiff road in the early hours of Thursday. 🚗💥🚧
South Wales Police are on the scene at the junction of Cowbridge Road East and West, keeping the road blocked off for safety reasons. The disruption has also affected the A48, causing slow-moving traffic between Riverside Terrace and the Ely Bridge Industrial Estate.
Motorists, consider alternate routes to dodge those inevitable delays. 🚦 The police suggest steering clear of the area altogether if you can—always a savvy move to avoid a traffic grind.
Local buses, including Cardiff Bus, are also playing it safe with diversions in place. The City Circle and other lines are rerouted until further notice—so double-check your travel plans! 🚌
Neighbours are already buzzing online to warn about heavy traffic on nearby Western Avenue. If you’re heading out, plan ahead and save yourself the headache. 🛑
Stay tuned for more updates as this story unfolds. Share this alert with your fellow Cardiff commuters—no one needs unnecessary queues on their Thursday morning! 📱👥
