TV presenter Laura Woods has opened up about a chilling ordeal that shook her life. For three harrowing years, she endured relentless stalking by Harneet Kaur from Walsall, who went to extreme lengths to terrorise her. This terrifying campaign included death threats, police calls, and unsettling messages—even involving Laura’s dog! Kaur crossed every boundary, even sending unsettling emails while Woods was working abroad.

In 2023, justice was served when Kaur was jailed for 14 months. She was also handed a restraining order, keeping her away from Laura and others targeted by her actions.

But the past few years weren’t just defined by fear. Laura also spoke about a deeply personal tragedy—a miscarriage in 2024, which she described as “excruciating.” After experiencing intense cramps in Manchester, she sorrowfully recalled calling medical services as the heartbreaking event unfolded at home. Though supported through that night of anguish, it was only in the hospital that she found some relief. Reflecting on discussions with women who had faced similar losses, Laura realised how often such tragedies go untold.

Laura’s story is a reminder of the strength required to battle personal demons and the courage needed to share deeply personal traumas. Her bravery sheds light on the reality many women face, whether from relentless harassment or personal losses, and serves as a beacon of hope and resilience.
