🌧️⚠️ Stay Safe Wales! Here’s the latest on road closures 🚧

Wales is facing severe weather with flooding impacting several areas. An amber warning for rain is in effect, so please be cautious. Heavy downpours mean roads across the country are either closed or heavily affected. Here’s a snapshot of the current situation:
– **Carmarthenshire**: Both directions of A40 in Rhosmaen are closed, though vans and lorries are getting through.
– **Gwynedd**: A499 in Llanbedrog and B4410 in Prenteg are completely shut.

– **Pembrokeshire**: B4318 in Tenby and B4586 in Jeffreston both closed.
– **Morfa Nefyn**: Lon Uchaf in both directions is shut down.
Traffic is impacted elsewhere too, with surface water slowing down the A40 in Llandovery. Always drive with caution, especially where roads are barely passable.
The Met Office has also issued a 24-hour yellow rain warning affecting regions including Ceredigion. The possibility of deeper flood waters poses a ‘danger to life’, and it’s crucial to stay informed and prepared.
Travel safely and stay updated as conditions evolve. 🌧️🚗💧
