🚨 Transfer Rumour Alert! 🚨
Has Josh Windass’s Wrexham journey hit an unexpected twist? 🤔 Just a few months after his goal-scoring spree started with the Red Dragons, he’s already being linked with a return to his old stomping ground, Rangers! 🏴
The rumours are swirling after reports emerged of Rangers’ interest in bringing Josh back to Glasgow. Having scored 19 goals for the Scottish side previously, it’s no surprise they’re reportedly keen. 💼⚽
Dean Windass, a legend in his own right and Josh’s father, seemingly weighed in on the situation with a cryptic post on social media. His shrug and football emojis have got fans buzzing! 🤷♂️⚽ Could there be more to this than meets the eye?
Remember, Josh reunited with current Rangers boss Danny Röhl during his time at Sheffield Wednesday, and he’s highly praised Röhl’s coaching. Could a reunion be on the cards? 🤝
But before we get ahead of ourselves, Wrexham seem determined to keep hold of their star, having apparently rejected an initial loan offer. Josh, with his contract running until 2028, is a key player, and Wrexham isn’t letting him go easily. 🛑
Does this mean a transfer showdown is on the horizon? Only time will tell if Wrexham can hold off Rangers’ advances or if Josh will be packing his bags for Glasgow once more! 🌟
