🎄 A Heartbreaking Christmas Eve Crash 🎄

An eight-year-old boy and three others were rushed to the hospital after a devastating crash in Liverpool on Christmas Eve. Emergency services swiftly responded to the collision involving a grey Audi A4 and a black Ford Puma at the East Lancashire Road and Stonebridge Lane junction around 8:40pm.

The boy and a 34-year-old woman sustained serious injuries and are currently in hospital. A man driving the Ford Puma is fighting for his life with critical injuries. Meanwhile, a 32-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, although he only suffered minor injuries.
The collision caused a significant emergency services presence and road closures, which have since been lifted. An outpouring of community support is needed as this incident cast a shadow over what should have been a joyful holiday.
Detective Sergeant Simon Duffy from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit urges anyone who witnessed the event, has dashcam footage, or saw a dark coloured Audi saloon in the area to come forward. Every piece of information can make a difference.
