❄️ Heads up, Wales! More snow is on its way! The Met Office has just issued fresh weather warnings for snow and ice set to kick in this weekend and linger into next week. 🚨

🌨️ A yellow warning is already in place until midday Saturday, with icy conditions expected from 4pm onwards, stretching into Sunday afternoon. And guess what? Another spell of wintry weather is expected to roll in soon after that!

📍 Affected areas include a bunch of Welsh counties: Bridgend, Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd, Isle of Anglesey, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire, Powys, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Swansea, Vale of Glamorgan, and Wrexham.
❄️ Saturday night sees sleet and snow showers sweeping in, particularly hitting higher grounds in places like Eryri and parts of Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire.
🛑 Safety First: The Met Office advises leaving home five minutes earlier than usual to allow extra time on potentially slick surfaces. Walk along main roads where pavements are likely to be less slippery and, if cycling, stick to treated roads. Check road conditions, bus and train schedules before setting out, and tweak your travel plans if necessary.
📡 Weather conditions can change, so keep an eye on forecasts for any updates. Stay safe and stay warm, Wales! 🌬️
