🎾 Andy Murray Spills the Tea on Federer Snub 🎾

Tennis legend Andy Murray recently shared some intriguing insights about the dynamics within the “Big Four” – himself, Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, and Novak Djokovic. Despite their shared success, it’s not all camaraderie behind the scenes.

Murray opened up about how Federer, after initially practicing with him, decided to halt their sessions and never practiced with Djokovic or Nadal. While Federer kept his distance, Nadal and Djokovic were happy to hit the courts together, even diving into a spontaneous practice session after an exhibition match in Kazakhstan, just days before the 2019 Paris Masters.

Murray revealed, “I used to practice with Djokovic and Nadal. I never brushed elbows with Federer after the early years, though. Training with those guys always helped me gauge my stance on the court, even if it never led to after-hours hangouts back then.”
Interestingly, although Nadal and Djokovic found time, their hectic schedules often stood in the way of regular joint practices. Nadal’s former head coach, Carlos Moya, highlighted the scarcity of such opportunities, adding, “While schedules barely allowed for it, it was never a conscious choice to avoid training together.”
Regardless of the dynamics on the practice court, the respect among these tennis greats remains rock solid—a testament to their legendary status. Who knows? Maybe one day, we’ll see them all enjoying a friendly dinner off the court too! 🍽️🤞 #Tennis #BigFour #AndyMurray #RogerFederer #RafaNadal #NovakDjokovic
