Heartbreaking news from Barry: a toddler has sadly passed away following a medical emergency on Sunday evening, January 4th. Despite the rapid response of emergency services, including ambulance crews and an air ambulance, the little one could not be saved and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident occurred on Gladstone Road, with emergency services responding to a call just before 9.30pm. A striking presence of seven emergency vehicles, alongside the air ambulance, was noted shortly after midnight. South Wales Police have confirmed that the tragic death is not being treated as suspicious and have expressed their sincere condolences to the grieving family.
