🚨 Missing Person in Cardigan: Search Enters Day 3 🚨
The search is still on for a man last seen entering the River Teifi in Cardigan early on Sunday morning. Despite extensive efforts from police, fire and rescue teams, along with the Coastguard and RNLI, he remains missing after three days of thorough searches.
The operation, involving multiple agencies, has covered significant ground and waterways. However, as of Tuesday evening, the search was paused, set to resume Wednesday morning.
Chief Inspector Richard Yelland assures that “everything possible” is being done to locate the individual, thanking everyone involved thus far. He urges the public to keep clear of the riverbanks to ensure safety and preserve the area for ongoing search efforts.
