Maesglas FC is reeling after news that one of their beloved players, Kurtis Brook, is still missing. Despite an extensive search, involving drones and specialist teams, there’s no sign of the 30-year-old who was last seen near the River Teifi in Cardigan early Sunday morning.
The club shared their devastation on social media, highlighting Kurtis’s vital role in the team, especially during their recent promotion season. The bond he shared with teammates runs deep, leaving everyone in shock.
Chief Inspector Richard Yelland has confirmed that while the multi-agency search is winding down, Dyfed-Powys Police will continue their search efforts. The community’s outpouring of support shows just how much Kurtis is cherished. Police have thanked volunteers but remind everyone to be cautious in their personal search efforts and to communicate any findings safely.
