Hailing from Gowerton, Swansea, Osian worked his way up from glass collector to supervisor at The Dunvant, before seizing the chance to run his own pub. His journey led him to undergo training with Marston’s and he officially took the reins on 8th November.

Osian’s vision? To rejuvenate the Beaufort as a true community hub. With a new menu featuring pub classics along with exciting extras like kebabs, he’s bringing fresh flavours to Swansea while maintaining the beloved Marston’s style. 🔥

The pub is getting a facelift too! Expect warmer vibes with repaired open fires and a fresh coat of paint upstairs and down. Plus, Osian is planning a series of community events to make the most of the outdoor space, including live music nights and a potential bluegrass event. 🎶
