What’s special about this shower? It’s designed to be eco-friendly! Located in a scenic rockery-style coastal garden, the shower will have its waste water cleverly recycled to nourish the plants around it. No shampoo or soap allowed, so we keep our marine life happy and healthy! 🌿🐠

This shower will offer multi-head cold water action, and to prevent water wastage, it’ll switch off automatically after a short use. Plus, the garden’s revamped planting design will add extra charm to the harbour area.

The spot picked for this great addition is conveniently right by the car park, thanks to a collaboration with Saundersfoot Harbour. The simplicity of engineering work ensures minimal disruption, avoiding any traffic woes.

Kerry Evans, the visionary behind the application submitted to Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, is also seeking funding from Visit Wales to make this plan a reality. If approved, this shower facility will not only provide a refreshing rinse-off point but could also encourage more visitors to linger longer in the beautiful village of Saundersfoot.

Looking forward to a fresher beach experience? Fingers crossed for a green light on this project! 🀞
