🎾 Lleyton Hewitt is back! At 44, he’s ready to hit the Australian Open court for an exciting exhibition doubles match with legends like Roger Federer, Andre Agassi, and Pat Rafter. Despite retiring from singles nearly a decade ago, Hewitt hasn’t left the court entirely! He and his 17-year-old son Cruz recently made it to the quarter-finals at the NSW Open.

💖 Off the court, Lleyton’s heartfelt tribute to his wife Bec at his Sport Australia Hall of Fame induction had everyone in tears. After meeting in 1999 and tying the knot in 2005, the two have been inseparable. “It’s not easy being a partner of a tennis player,” Hewitt said, praising Bec for being the family’s “rock” and supporting him through 20 Australian Opens.
🎾 Meanwhile, son Cruz is battling to make his mark at the Australian Open. Despite his loss in the opening qualifying round this year, he’s got the spirit and skill, having already reached the junior singles’ second rounds at both the Australian Open and Wimbledon in 2025.

Before Bec, Lleyton had a much-publicised romance with fellow tennis star Kim Clijsters. Their relationship helped both athletes grow, with Clijsters often speaking highly of the learning experience.
What a journey for the Hewitt family, both on and off the court! Stay tuned for more from the Australian Open! 🏆 #TennisFamily #AustralianOpen2026 #LegendReturns
