After a soggy week, the forecast shows we’ll be seeing up to 20mm of rain in a few hours, which might lead to some bumps in the road. Keep an eye out for flooded streets and travel delays as the land is already waterlogged. Areas to watch include Blaenau Gwent, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Cardiff, and more.
The heaviest showers are expected to ease by late Thursday afternoon. So, pack your brollies, plan your journeys, and stay dry! There’s also a slim chance that some communities might get cut off due to flooding.
Meanwhile, our friends in Scotland have it rougher with amber and yellow alerts, forecasting over 100mm of rainfall in some areas, potentially posing a danger to life.
