Sadly, the aftermath has been anything but peaceful. Committee members have encountered a wave of abusive messages, including threats, which have been reported to the authorities. In light of these challenges, club secretary Chris Davies announced his decision to step down, citing personal reasons separate from recent events, and shut down rumours of the club’s folding.
