His passion for community shone through projects like transforming a closed school into a thriving community centre and hosting beloved local events like Nos Galan. Cllr Morgan’s proudest moments often involve rolling up his sleeves to solve local issues—boasting a 75% resolution rate on community problems!

Balancing roles as a local councillor and council leader was no easy feat, but Andrew’s endless dedication included emails at midnight and early mornings to serve his constituents.
