Mark was last spotted on Uphill Road, Llanrumney, at around 9.45pm before heading towards Captains Walk at 10pm. His sudden disappearance is baffling, and officials have renewed their appeal for information.

His wife Angela shares the emotional turmoil of ambiguous loss, describing their life together as “lovely” and his disappearance as highly uncharacteristic. “We are conditioned to love and grieve, but not to handle someone close to us just vanishing,” she says. Detective Inspector Daniel Todd empathises with the family’s distress and continues to urge anyone with information to step forward: “We haven’t given up hope for answers. Any significant new information will be vigorously pursued.”
