Looking for the best ketchup to elevate your chip game? 🍅 One foodie might have found the unexpected answer! Becca, known as Beccaeatseverything, took on the ultimate ketchup challenge by blind testing five brands – and the result was surprising!

Here’s the rundown: Daylesford’s pricey organic option flopped with a disappointing 1/10. Its odd consistency and overly sweet taste didn’t impress. Tesco’s own-brand didn’t fare much better, scoring just 2.5/10 for lacking sweetness. M&S landed in the middle with 4.5/10, being too sweet and vinegary, even though the tomato flavour was decent.

Now, for the much-awaited top two! Heinz, the long-time champion, scored 8.5/10. Becca praised its quality but found it slightly too tangy. Then came the surprise winner: Aldi’s own-brand ketchup! 🏆 This 89p bottle snatched the crown with a perfect 10/10 score. Becca was smitten with its sweet, tangy, and spiced profile, delightfully reminiscent of balsamic vinegar.

Who’d have thought? Aldi is now the reigning ketchup king in Becca’s kitchen! Have you tried any of these? Which is your favourite? Let us know! 🥫❤️ #KetchupChallenge #FoodieFinds #TasteTestResults
