In a heart-warming show of solidarity, kind strangers have rallied to support the family of Jennifer Anne Brown, known lovingly as Jenny, a devoted mum and grandmother tragically killed in a crash on the A55 at the Conwy Tunnel. In just 24 hours, a GoFundMe page raised over £10,000 to help her grieving family, showing the incredible power of community spirit.

The crash, involving a lorry and a car, left three other family members injured, thrusting Jenny’s 20-year-old daughter, Keisha, into an uncertain future. Organiser Bethan Williams shared how these donations would ease the burden by covering funeral costs, medical expenses, and living arrangements.

Bethan noted that no amount is too small: “Every penny helps a little girl through unimaginable grief.” Support from the community, from small contributions to several hundred pounds, is making a profound difference.

Jenny, remembered for her radiant smile, worked at Glan Rhos Nursing Home for over 20 years, becoming a beloved figure known as “Queen.” Her colleagues shared fond memories, honouring her as more than a co-worker but family. Her caring nature touched many lives, and her passing leaves a deep void.
In the wake of this tragedy, North Wales Police are seeking witnesses or dashcam footage of the crash. A heartfelt appeal has been made for anyone with information to come forward.
Let’s keep this incredible spirit of community support alive. If you can, consider donating to the fund, or simply share the page with others. Every bit of kindness helps. Our hearts go out to Keisha, her family, and everyone mourning the loss of a remarkable woman. ❤️
