But in a devastating turn, just six weeks later, cancer returned, and this time, it’s terminal. Her mum, Holly, from Clacton-on-Sea, is living with the unbearable anticipatory grief of losing her child, trying to make every moment count with Olivia and her siblings.
Despite their struggle, Holly is determined to create precious memories for Olivia. Facing both emotional and financial challenges, she’s exhausted but fighting hard. A new hope may be on the horizon with a promising US trial coming up, but it’s a costly journey, and they’re halfway to their £5,000 goal.
