Derek popped up on BBC Wales to share his latest forecast: it’s set to turn dry, bright, and yes, a bit chilly too. As we edge into the weekend, don’t be surprised if you spot some sunshine and even a touch of frost on Saturday morning!
The Met Office has backed this up, predicting a mainly dry and bright Saturday that’ll be on the cooler side. But first, we’ll have to get through a mixed midweek bag. Expect a cloudy and wet start on Wednesday, with rain clearing off northwards to make way for some brighter spells, especially down south.
As Thursday rolls around, prepare for that cold snap—it’s all part of the transition to drier conditions. While we might see some more rain or showers on Thursday and a bit less on Friday, things should clear up nicely by Saturday.
