Sadly, after surgery, he suffered a lack of oxygen, leading to his untimely death just four days later. A coroner concluded that his death might have been prevented if crucial steps were taken during recovery.
Orson, just 12 at the time, is now 16 and carrying a heavy burden. While he should be focusing on his upcoming graduation, he finds himself entrenched in a legal battle for justice. With his family, he has filed a 51-page legal claim against Spire, seeking both accountability and closure.
